First off, let’s get one thing out of the way. I know exactly what you’re thinking and you can stop wondering right now.

Paleo Porn is food porn, not porn porn.

Ok, now that that’s out of the way allow me to introduce myself. I’m Jeff and that’s me with my wife Marla. Marla’s the one who’s brilliant in the kitchen, I’m the one who eats like a king. I’m also the tech guy, photographer, filmmaker, and all around doer of things here at Paleo Porn.

Paleo Porn TV

I’ve wanted to be a filmmaker for years, but never felt like I had the approval of some unknown authority to do so.

It took a while to realize there is no gatekeeper. No one who we need approval from. We can pursue whatever we want.

Now I produce little movies for our YouTube channel. The proper episodes that we film, the ones that are closer to a TV program, are called Paleo Porn TV. But I’m constantly experimenting with different shows. We’ve even recorded some live recipes on Periscope.

But if you really want to get to know us follow along with our daily-ish VLOG. They’re the most raw, true to our life videos that we produce.

Beyond Food, The Paleo Lifestyle

Although Paleo Porn is jam-packed with tasty food, there is so much more to paleo and all around better health. This is why we refer to paleo as a lifestyle more so than a diet.

Sleep

One aspect of a healthy lifestyle that I’ve been very intrigued by over the years is sleep. I’ve given several talks, some quite at length, on the topic and have written a deep dive that I’m constantly expanding and updating as I experiment further and new information comes to light.
