I don’t know about you but when I’m given a choice out of all the different chicken parts, I tend to typically reach for the legs. Roll um in egg and coconut flour and sprinkle some sesame seeds on top and you’ve got a whole new flavor profile to try with this Paleo Fried Chicken recipe. ‘Paleo fried’ meaning not fried…meaning baked, but you get the idea. :)

I’m not a huge fan of meatloaf. I never really liked it as a kid so I’ve probably made it twice in my life, and this was the second time. Quite frankly I’m glad I gave it another chance because this Paleo Meatloaf with Bison and Bacon completely changed my POV! I mean how could you go wrong with adding a little a whole bunch of bacon? ;)
