Hi! My name’s Marla Sarris and I’m not a chef, but I play one on the internet. Out of my love for creating and sharing paleo recipes we created this little corner of the internet that we call Paleo Porn.

This is my husband, Jeff! Besides being the CTO (Chief Tasting Officer) for Paleo Porn he’s also the guy who built this site.

After years of perfecting the recipes we published Pigskin Paleo: Game Day Recipes on September 5th, 2012

After 2.5 years we felt it was time to give Pigskin a reboot. We published the Second Edition of Pigskin Paleo on January 24th, 2015 and for the first time it’s co-authored by Jeff & Marla.Marla Sarris
I’m not a chef but I play one on the internet.
You can usually find me in my kitchen cooking up new paleo recipes. When I’m not cooking I manage projects at SPYR, keep active like a warrior, and travel with Jeff. For a more in depth look into my background you can read more here. Jeff & I are proud to call Chicago our home.

- There are people who fondly associate me with bacon.

- I love doing handstands.
- Baton twirling and teaching mathematics were my first love.
- Rock music’s my fave, so much so that Jeff proposed at a rock concert.
Jeff Sarris
Jeff and Marla got married in 2008, started their paleo journey together in 2009 and started Paleo Porn in 2010. Jeff’s been right there for the entire ride, but he lives behind the scenes. Jeff shoots all of the photos, directs, shoots and edits the videos and develops all the snaz on the site.
Jeff’s also the co-founder of SPYR where he develops brands.
