It’s the last day of February so you know what that means? That milk, sugar, cream, high fructose corn syrup, corn syrup solid, cellulose gum, yellow 5, blue 1… filled McDonald’s Shamrock Shake is starting to rear it’s beautifully tempting, yet ugly little head. Coconut Banana Berry Smoothie
After explaining what we eat, one of the first things people ask me about Paleo is “what do you drink”? My answer: water. But we also drink tea, coffee, kombucha and when Jeff wants a little bubbly he’ll open a bottle of perrier. And when none of that can satisfy my thirst, no it’s not blood ;)…I tend to make something like this Coconut Banana Berry Smoothie.
