I’m always surprised at how fast 1 pound of ground meat goes around here. This Lamb Balls recipe will provide you with a quick snack, an easy lunch and if lamb isn’t your typical source of protein, something new to try. You could even serve these balls as an appetizer or side dish for Easter.
After explaining what we eat, one of the first things people ask me about Paleo is “what do you drink”? My answer: water. But we also drink tea, coffee, kombucha and when Jeff wants a little bubbly he’ll open a bottle of perrier. And when none of that can satisfy my thirst, no it’s not blood ;)…I tend to make something like this Coconut Banana Berry Smoothie.
