I’m kinda backed up over here. Oh, get your head out of the toilet, I’m talking about blog posts silly. I have about 50 drafts that I’ve started and not published so I’m just gonna start pumpin these puppies out (at least that’s my plan). So let’s start with this Paleo Pumpkin Blueberry Bread recipe. :)
It’s the last day of February so you know what that means? That milk, sugar, cream, high fructose corn syrup, corn syrup solid, cellulose gum, yellow 5, blue 1… filled McDonald’s Shamrock Shake is starting to rear it’s beautifully tempting, yet ugly little head. Instead of choosing that corn syrup mess, opt in to this Paleo Green Fig and Mint Smoothie instead. :)
After explaining what we eat, one of the first things people ask me about Paleo is “what do you drink”? My answer: water. But we also drink tea, coffee, kombucha and when Jeff wants a little bubbly he’ll open a bottle of perrier. And when none of that can satisfy my thirst, no it’s not blood ;)…I tend to make something like this Coconut Banana Berry Smoothie.
