Now that Thanksgiving is over, everyone’s going to start talking about Christmas and cookies and gifts and all that jazz. Well…for those folks who’d rather see more meat rather than dessert, this Ground Beef Paleo Popcorn recipe is for you. :)
Kabocha squash has a sweeter taste than other squash. You may have some difficulty finding it in most grocery stores but if you do I guarantee you’ll enjoy it. This double decker, multi-layer baked kabocha squash and Paleo ground beef recipe will help warm you up on a cool night and it will taste just as good cold, as leftovers, the next day.
I would recommend eating this with a fork and a knife but some people (cough…me!) may prefer not to dirty more dishes. In that case, two hands will do just fine (and will also be more fun…especially if you have kiddos).
